The service and its operator

Hoskary is operated by Aboubacar Bah for professional hospitality use. These terms describe the hotel dashboard, pricing planner, AI assistance and separately configured receptionist services. The features and allowances included in a purchase are those stated on the selected plan and checkout. These terms do not give Hoskary permission to charge you merely because you create an account or view a plan.

Your account, files and authorisation

You must be authorised to act for the hotel and to share its records, connect its systems and configure its telephone service. You remain responsible for accurate source data, lawful guest-data handling, necessary notices and consent, and staff access. Use only the permissions needed for each connection; a public listing URL is not authorisation. You retain ownership of your files and content and permit their processing only to provide the requested service. Keep your own backups: browser-stored property data can be lost when storage is cleared or a device changes.

AI, pricing and receptionist limits

AI output and rate suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect and do not guarantee revenue or profit. Review them before using them with guests or changing prices. The current receptionist answers from the approved hotel guide, can capture consented enquiries and can attempt configured staff transfers. It does not independently confirm reservations, live availability or payments. Telephone activation requires the hotel’s own line/routing, guide and staff destination; a subscription alone does not connect an existing hotel number. Carrier and staff availability affect call handling. The service is not an emergency-response system.

Trial, subscriptions and charges

The revenue-workspace trial lasts 14 days from its activation, requires no card and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Receptionist evaluation or setup is separate. A paid subscription begins only when you complete checkout and payment is verified. Monthly plans renew monthly; yearly plans renew yearly and are charged upfront for the stated period. The selected plan, amount, currency, applicable tax and renewal period appear at checkout. Telephone numbers, carrier/transfer charges and agreed extra voice usage may be separate; they must be disclosed and agreed before purchase. Failed or overdue payment can suspend paid access.

Cancellation, refunds and data

Use Manage subscription to stop the next renewal before it occurs. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, with access continuing until then. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund; contact support for a refund request, which is assessed under applicable law and the transaction circumstances. Account deletion and deletion of hotel records are separate requests; contact support and export any data you need first. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Responsible use, availability and changes

Protect your sign-in credentials and do not access another hotel’s information, misuse guest data, attempt to bypass access controls or send unlawful content. Access may be restricted to address security, abuse, non-payment or legal requirements. Service availability depends partly on hosting, authentication, payment, AI and carrier providers; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We will communicate material service or terms changes through the service or account contact channels. Price changes apply prospectively and are disclosed before a new purchase or renewal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Contact the operator below with support or billing questions.
